This product required Ingate Patterns to reproduce exact replica parts of the sample castings supplied.

As there were no drawings the castings were carefully measured and a lay-out made incorporating all necessary allowances.

Based on the low volume of castings required, loose wooden patterns and core boxes were produced as a cost effective solution.

Ingate Patterns sourced and supplied aluminium castings resulting in a fast turnaround and an excellent result for the client.
